The area feels safe even late, but the central location means street noise is common - especially on weekends - and rooms facing the main street may hear traffic, including pedestrian crossing signals.

Room sizes vary: single rooms are compact and best suited for sleeping only, while doubles in a queen layout offer more comfort - some have a french balcony overlooking the street. Certain rooms have no windows or look onto the lift shaft or interior courtyard, which limits natural light and ventilation. During summer, the lack of true air conditioning is a known limitation; some rooms have a water-based cooling unit (noisy and less effective) or a ceiling fan. Soundproofing is minimal: internal partitions are thin, and street-facing rooms hear traffic. Rooms are cleaned daily, and towels are replaced. Each room includes an electric kettle, a minibar, and free toiletries. Some rooms have a private bathroom (with shower), others a shared bathroom located nearby. All private rooms lock from the inside.

Guests need to plan meals outside the property.
