The studios are located in the city centre, placing Madrid's historic core, top attractions, and a wide choice of restaurants and tapas bars within a short walking distance. Mercado San Miguel lies 800 metres away and the Reina Sofia Museum is 1 km from the property. Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 15 km away; the most price-competitive way to reach the property is by booking a Cabify or Uber directly on arrival. Several metro stations, including Tirso de Molina, are within a couple of minutes' walk, giving easy access across the city and direct rail connections to the airport and main train stations.

Each studio provides a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer (Studio 4 also has a private bathtub visible from the living area), free toiletries, a washing machine, soundproof walls, and a tea and coffee maker. The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, oven, and dining area. The bed is an elevated loft bed accessible by narrow steps - a design that saves floor space but may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns. Studio 6 offers an inner courtyard view and includes a sofa bed as a second sleeping option, making it a quieter and more practical choice for some travellers. Some studios feature a projector with streaming services; four of the six studios are equipped with a projector. A desk and seating area are provided in many units. No safe deposit box is available.

The kitchen is well equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and kitchenware, making it practical for preparing meals. Several popular dining spots are within a 5-minute walk - Taberna el Arco, Taberna el Sur, Lateral Santa Ana, and O'pulpo are all 300 metres away, while Rosi La Loca Taberna and Inclan Brutal Bar are 500 metres away.
