While the immediate area is served by a handful of restaurants within 0.3-0.5 km (including Jack Buck Grill, Pi Pizzeria, Sugarfire Smoke House, and Morgan Street Brewery), the neighborhood becomes less busy after dark. The walk between the hotel and the Arch requires crossing or going under a major highway, so the direct route is slightly longer than it appears on a map. The hotel's secure parking garage and lot make it a practical base for drivers.

Rooms are available in configurations with one king bed, two queen beds (including connecting double-queen options for families), or larger setups with three beds.
