Mattresses are on the softer side, which may not suit everyone, but pillows come in both firm and soft options. Walls transmit some noise from hallways and neighbouring rooms. Road-facing rooms can pick up traffic sounds, so requesting a courtyard-facing or higher-floor room is advisable. A few maintenance issues have been noted (cracked shower tile, non-functional outlets), and no in-room safe is provided. Overall, the accommodation is comfortable and practical for both short and extended stays.
