The hotel sits just off I-15, making it convenient for road trips and access to Frederick's attractions. Downtown Frederick, with its dining and shopping, is a short drive away. Walgreens is adjacent for quick purchases. Several restaurants, including Zi Pani Frederick, Vocelli Pizza, and Mi Rancho Grande, are within a 0.5 km walk. The walkable area is limited, but the free shuttle service can help with local trips. For longer journeys, Hagerstown Regional Airport is 50 km away.

Rooms include a tea and coffee maker, hairdryer, free toiletries, ironing facilities, and a TV. Options include quad rooms with either one bed or two beds, and studios with a seating area and sofa bed. Suites with two queen beds and a pull-out sofa bed are available, as are adjoining rooms. The property shows signs of age in some bathrooms, with peeling caulk and reported mold. Rooms may have varying cleanliness standards, with some reporting stains on carpets and upholstery. Noise can be an issue due to banging doors and HVAC units. The HVAC system may not allow the fan to run continuously, affecting comfort for light sleepers. For a quieter stay, request a room on a higher floor away from the elevator.

The breakfast buffet is served from 6:00 to 10:00 daily. Offerings include eggs, sausage or meat, cereal, muffins, fruit, yogurt, and a waffle bar. Coffee is available in the lobby. The breakfast is reliable but limited; items such as bacon are not always available, and the hot food can be basic. A kid-friendly buffet is available. There is no on-site restaurant, but beer and wine are sold at the front desk. The hotel is near several dining options within a 0.5 km walk, such as Roy Rogers, Subway, and Greek Aroma.

The indoor pool is heated and open from 6:00 to 22:00, but access is by appointment only, which requires planning ahead. Pool towels and sun loungers are provided. The fitness centre offers free weights and cardio equipment, and is available to all guests. There is a shared lounge area with a TV. No spa, hot tub, or sauna is available on site.
