Camden Yards is about 2 km away, and the cruise terminal is a 10-20 minute drive. There is no airport shuttle, but ride-sharing services are readily available. The attached parking garage provides easy access directly to the lobby. Whole Foods supermarket is across the street, and many sights like the Water Taxi stop and historic ships are within walking distance. The area is safe for walking day and night.

Family rooms are available with kitchenettes and various bed configurations (up to 3 beds). Most rooms offer city views; water views are not possible due to surrounding buildings. A few rooms have small balconies (request at check-in, not guaranteed). While some rooms show signs of age, they are consistently clean. Beds are comfortable. Noise from elevators or external sources may affect light sleepers; requesting a higher floor away from the elevator can help. Mini refrigerators and microwaves are available upon request. Air conditioning and heating are individually controlled.

The Bistro is open for dinner from 17:00 to 22:00 daily and offers a breakfast menu in the morning (American to-go available). Kids' meals and wine/champagne are available.
