MALACUNA LIVERPOOL, Liverpool

Malacuna Liverpool sits in the very heart of the city, with Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central stations both within a 10-minute walk. Most city-centre shops, nightlife venues, and cultural landmarks are within a few minutes on foot. The Albert Dock and waterfront are about a 20-minute stroll. For drivers, a public car park opposite the property costs £6 per day. The surrounding area has numerous restaurants and bars such as Damas Cafe & Eatery and Outpost, all within a 5-minute walk.

The property offers private double, twin, and family rooms, plus 4-, 6-, 8-, and 12-bed dormitories. Every room comes with its own private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink); no shared bathrooms are used. Dorm beds have privacy curtains, a reading light, a lockable storage compartment at the foot (bring your own padlock), and a pull-out drawer. Each room has heating and, in warmer months, fans are supplied. The building is older and can be noisy: doors and floors carry sound easily, and the area can be lively at night. Private rooms are generally spacious and comfortable, but some have dated decor and fixtures. All double rooms have operable windows for ventilation. No rooms have balconies or TVs. The family room accommodates up to four guests with a double bed and a bunk bed.

The property offers a continental breakfast at £9 per person, which should be pre-booked or requested at check-in. There is no restaurant or bar, but the reception has a small retail section with drinks, snacks, and basic travel items. A shared kitchen with basic equipment is free for all guests, though its cleanliness and stock of utensils can vary. Shops and cafés are a short walk away.
