HEMD HOTELS PUERTA REAL BOUTIQUE, Seville

Situated between Plaza de Armas and the Fine Arts Museum, the location is ideal for exploring Seville on foot. The Alcázar and Cathedral are about a 10- to 15-minute walk away. The bus station Plaza de Armas is a 5-minute walk, providing direct airport bus service (A line) that takes about 40 minutes. Many tapas bars, cafes, and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. The area is well served by public transport, and the nearby SABA parking garage makes it car-friendly, though driving and parking can be less convenient for short stays.

Rooms are spacious and clean, with modern fittings, comfortable beds, and large bathrooms. Some rooms include a private terrace. Ground-floor street-facing rooms are prone to street noise and may feel exposed; rooms on higher floors or facing the inner courtyard are quieter. Some rooms have windows facing the inner courtyard or internal corridors, which can feel dark or lack fresh air. Deluxe rooms all have a window, but not all face the street. Bed types (double or twin) are subject to availability at check-in. All rooms are allergy-free and non-smoking. Daily housekeeping, a safety deposit box, and a capsule coffee machine are provided.

The property does not serve breakfast and has no restaurant or bar. Rooms are equipped with a coffee machine and a fridge, allowing for self-catered morning drinks or snacks. The surrounding area within a 2-minute walk offers several cafes and tapas bars for breakfast or evening meals. Nearby options include Cafe Bar Rudy, La Surena, and Bar Iscariote, all within 300 metres.

The property does not have a swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre. Leisure options are limited to the surrounding city. Seville's main attractions, shops, and cultural sites are within walking distance. The location is well connected for walking tours and exploring the historic centre.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. A lift serves the upper floors. Daily housekeeping is included. Luggage storage is available at the sister hotel, Hotel Zaida (Calle San Roque 26, about 3-5 minutes on foot). Check-in and check-out can be done at Hotel Zaida if the reception at Puerta Real is unattended. The property has a safety deposit box, CCTV in common areas, and smoke alarms. Parking is not on-site; the nearest public parking is SABA Plaza de Armas, a 2-5 minute walk away, with a discounted rate available through the sister hotel.
