NAPLES' HIDDEN GEM, Naples

The property is a private home in a secluded residential area, 27 km from Naples Municipal Airport and 17 km from Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary. It is approximately 30 minutes' drive to downtown Naples beaches and attractions, and about 10 minutes to the Bird Rookery Swamp Trail. Restaurants and a grocery store are within a 5-minute drive. The location is best suited for those with a car - free on-site parking is ample and can accommodate a boat or trailer. The setting is very quiet, ideal for stargazing and birdwatching, but the immediate neighborhood is not walkable to amenities.

Each room is a separate unit with a private entrance, air conditioning, heating, and a private bathroom. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. Bed configurations vary: a double room with 1 queen bed or a quadruple room with 2 full beds. Some rooms feature a hot tub, fireplace, and separate living area. The double room with a queen bed is smaller and best for couples or solo travelers, while the gray room with 2 full beds and its own terrace is ideal for a family of 3. All rooms have a separate terrace with outdoor furniture, and some overlook a garden. The bathrooms are spacious and clean, with a shower and hairdryer. Rooms facing the access road may have less privacy; those at the back of the property offer a more secluded outdoor area.

All rooms include a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle - sufficient for preparing simple meals. An outdoor barbecue is available on the main terrace for guest use. There is no on-site restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. Numerous dining options are within a 5-minute drive, and the host can recommend local restaurants. For longer stays, the kitchenette is practical for self-catering, and the barbecue offers an option for outdoor cooking.

The property's key leisure feature is the outdoor jacuzzi on the main terrace, shared between two rooms and available until 10 pm. The water temperature is maintained at around 35°C. There is no swimming pool. The spacious garden includes picnic areas, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor fireplace, creating a relaxed setting for stargazing and birdwatching. Free bicycle rental is offered for exploring the quiet neighborhood and nearby nature areas. Massages (additional charge) are available on request, including full body, back, foot, and head massages.

Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the property. Free private parking is available on site and does not require a reservation; the lot is large enough for a car with a small trailer or a boat. Pets are allowed on request for a daily fee of $20. A cots can be provided for a child. Bicycle rental is free of charge. Safety features include CCTV outside the property. Reception services are limited: an invoice is provided, and the host greets guests on arrival and is available by message for late check-in. Ironing facilities are available in-room. There is no 24-hour front desk or daily housekeeping - the room is cleaned before arrival and upon request.
