HERITAGE PLACE HOUSTON BROOKHOLLOW, Houston

The hotel is located in a mixed-use area off the I-610 freeway, offering easy car access to downtown Houston (about 15-20 minutes), The Galleria Mall, and NRG Stadium. A Shell gas station is adjacent, with a convenience store, fast-food restaurants, and several dining options within walking distance (0.3-2 km). White Oak Music Hall and public transport stops are nearby. George Bush Intercontinental Airport is 28 km away. Guests arriving by car benefit from ample free on-site parking, though the parking lot has limited lighting - parking near the reception area is recommended for better security.

Rooms are available with one or two double beds, providing a seating area, work desk, wardrobe, and carpeted flooring. Bathrooms include a bath and shower, complemented by free toiletries. Certain rooms feature a microwave and refrigerator, and a microwave is also available in the lobby. Temperature is controlled by individual air conditioning and heating units. Rooms on the first floor offer direct pool access. For those sensitive to noise, rooms at the back of the property away from the freeway are quieter. The joinery between adjoining rooms can have noticeable gaps, which may allow sound and light to pass through. The property has undergone recent renovations, and many rooms present a clean, modern feel, though some older units may show signs of wear.

The on-site Bistro used to be a full-service restaurant but is currently not operating. The hotel provides a basic continental breakfast (bread, pastries, hot drinks) - availability should be confirmed upon booking. No bar or other dining facilities are offered on the premises. Several nearby restaurants (Supreme Sandwiches, Denny's, Citiline Deli, Applebee's) are within 0.3-2 km, and a gas station convenience store is adjacent. Guests wanting a fuller meal plan to eat out. Coffee is available in the lobby in the morning, and a vending machine offers drinks and snacks.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. A minimarket is located on site. Business facilities include fax/photocopying and meeting/banquet rooms (additional charge). Daily housekeeping is provided; dry cleaning and laundry are available for a fee. The 24-hour front desk offers express check-in/check-out, luggage storage, and an invoice. Safety features: CCTV, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, key card access. Wheelchair-accessible rooms and parking are provided. Cots and cribs are available. Pets are permitted - see operational notes for fees. A lift serves upper floors. The minitemarket stocks basics. Guests can use the shared lounge/TV area and the former restaurant space with tables and booths for working or relaxing.
