Hide Bangkok Hostel is situated 800 metres from Onnut BTS Skytrain Station (Exit 2). A 15-minute ride reaches EmQuartier, Terminal 21, and Siam Paragon. The neighbourhood offers traditional Thai massage parlours, street food stalls, and several supermarkets (Lotus, 7-Eleven) within a short walk. Suvarnabhumi International Airport is 25 km away; the Airport Rail Link connects via Phayathai station with a BTS interchange. A paid airport shuttle is also available. The area is well served by taxis and local buses.

Room options include double rooms with private bathroom and terrace (some with garden view), triple rooms with private bathroom, family rooms with 6 beds and a shared bathroom, and dormitories of 5, 8, or 10 beds. All rooms have air conditioning, tiled floors, and quiet street views. Dormitories are fitted with lockers for each bed. Private rooms offer a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a balcony; some also feature a refrigerator. Daily housekeeping provides fresh towels and bottled water. Note that the building has no passenger elevator - rooms are located on floors 2 to 5 (double rooms on 2nd/3rd, triple rooms on 4th/5th). The air conditioning is turned off daily between 11:00 and 14:00. Spacious room sizes and comfortable beds are typical.

Breakfast is included for all guests: a self-service spread of bread, jam, cornflakes, oats, milk, coffee, and tea is available from 7:00 to noon in the shared lounge. Throughout the day, complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water are accessible. A shared kitchen with a microwave and induction hob allows guests to prepare simple meals. There is no restaurant on site, but numerous street food vendors, cafés, and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk (e.g., Nourish Cafe at 0.5 km, Oyster bistro by Amei at 0.5 km). A minimarket is also available on the property.

WiFi is free throughout the property. The 24-hour front desk can assist with travel recommendations and transport bookings. Luggage storage is free before check-in and after check-out, for up to 2 weeks. The shared lounge offers a TV, sofas, and free coffee/tea. A laundry service is available for a fee. An airport shuttle can be arranged at a cost of 600 THB from the airport, 450 THB to Suvarnabhumi, and 500 THB to Don Mueang; advance notice required. Safety features include CCTV, key card access, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and safety deposit boxes. Daily housekeeping is included. A hair dryer can be borrowed from reception.
