Despite being so central, the hotel is set back from the main road, which helps keep noise levels lower than many street-front properties. The BTS station connects directly to major shopping centres (Central Embassy 4 km, CentralWorld 5 km) and the city's business districts. Parking is very limited, so relying on public transport or ride-hailing is most practical. The surrounding streets can be busy with traffic, but the walk to the station and malls is short and convenient.

Rooms feature soundproof walls, parquet floors, and a seating area in the larger categories. The Superior Double Room has an interior window facing the corridor, which makes it much darker and less airy; it is best suited for short stays or travellers who prioritise budget over daylight. All other rooms have exterior windows with city views. The Premium Double Room and Two-Bedroom Suite with Bathtub include a hot tub or bathtub. The two-bedroom options (both with and without a bathtub) have one bathroom shared between both bedrooms. Each room comes with a minibar, electric kettle, microwave, and basic crockery, useful for preparing simple meals or takeaway food. Bed sizes: double rooms have one double bed; the triple room has two beds; the two-bedroom suite also has two beds.
