Terminal 21 mall, with its food court and shops, is also a short walk away, along with numerous restaurants, cafés, bars, and a 24-hour 7-Eleven. The surrounding streets feature nightlife and massage establishments but the immediate area remains calm at night. Taxis run 24 hours for airport transfers; the hostel offers paid public transport tickets.

Dormitory options include 4-bed, 6-bed, and 8-bed mixed rooms, plus a 4-bed female-only dorm. Beds have curtains for privacy, a personal light and power socket, and a large locker under the bottom bunk (bring your own lock). The top bunks have limited headroom and a concrete pillar near the head area, with a steep, narrow ladder. Tiled floors, air conditioning, and a hypoallergenic environment are standard. Shared bathrooms have two showers and two toilets per floor (two sinks per floor), cleaned daily. Noise from the street can penetrate, and internal sound from other guests is audible; light sleepers may find it less suitable. Luggage storage is available for an extra charge.

The rooftop terrace is the main leisure space - a social area with city views, colourful lights, and seating, ideal for relaxing or meeting others. Free activities include evening entertainment, karaoke, live music/performance, and movie nights.
