Despite the central position, the room windows are double-glazed and the street noise is minimal, providing a quiet retreat. Numerous restaurants, including La Bodeguita del Medio and George Prime Steak, are within a three-minute walk. The property is secure and well-suited for solo travellers exploring the city on foot or by metro.

The rooms are notably large and clean, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. Most units feature air conditioning, soundproof walls that keep the rooms quiet, and a flat-screen TV with Netflix-ready streaming. Some rooms include a balcony (Deluxe Suite 1 and Deluxe Apartment) overlooking a quiet courtyard. Select apartments - Duplex Apartment, Deluxe Apartment, and Deluxe Studio - are equipped with a washing machine and dryer, making them practical for longer stays. Bathrooms vary: Elegant Suites 3, 4, and 10 and Superior Apartment 11 have a bath, while all other rooms have a shower. Some suites feature a separate toilet and a large walk-in closet.
