All units include a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a kitchenette (stove, refrigerator, cookware) or access to a shared kitchen, a work desk, flat-screen TV with streaming services, and free WiFi. Rooms are spacious, with seating areas, wardrobes, and heating. Dormitory beds have privacy curtains, a personal fan, multiple light sources, a shelf, and an underbed locker (bring your own padlock or buy one). Bunk beds in dorms are connected in structures of four, which can transmit movement. Road-facing rooms can be noisy with windows open. The upper bunk is accessible via a ladder with a high bottom step. Some mattresses have been described as less comfortable, with noticeable springs. Apartments include a washing machine; suites have separate living and dining areas.

A buffet breakfast is available for an additional 10 EUR per person, featuring bread, pastries, eggs, meat products, cheeses, vegetables, and hot drinks. The on-site bar, open to the public from the street level, serves drinks and has an outdoor terrace. Vending machines provide snacks, coffee, and toiletries.
