The hostel sits on a bustling street next to the main Florenc bus terminal, a major hub for FlixBus and RegioJet services, making it ideal for travellers using bus transport to reach Prague or continue to other European cities. The metro station is about a 10-minute walk away, while tram stops and city buses are right outside the front door. The area has a large bus station, a gas station, and a railway line nearby, so some street and traffic noise is present during the day and night - light sleepers should choose a courtyard-facing private room. The National Museum is 2 km away, Old Town Square 2 km, and Charles Bridge and Prague Castle are easily accessible by public transport within 20-30 minutes. The immediate neighbourhood has supermarkets (Billa), fast-food outlets (Burger King, McDonald's), and several restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Vaclav Havel Airport is 14 km away; the recommended route is bus 59 then metro lines B and C to Florenc station.

The hostel offers two accommodation wings: hostel-type with shared bathrooms and hotel-type with private bathroom, balcony, and TV. Private rooms (single, double, twin, triple) are spacious and come with a seating area, wardrobe, and either private or shared bathroom; shared bathrooms are located in the corridor and used by up to two rooms. Dormitories (mixed-gender and female-only) have single beds (often bunk beds) with individual reading lights, power sockets, and small lockers - note that lockers are small and may not fit a backpack. Beds have plastic-covered mattresses that some find very firm; the bunks can be noisy when touched. Rooms facing the street or bus station experience more noise, while private rooms with private bathroom face a quieter courtyard. Air conditioning is available but some units have limited temperature control. The female-only dormitory is strictly for women - male bookings will not be accommodated. Sheets and towels are included in private rooms; in dorms, towels are not provided (available to rent for €3). A deposit of €10 in cash or card is required for the room key.

Breakfast is a continental buffet with bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, hot drinks, and juice - the range is decent for a hostel and highly rated by many, though it is not always available for all room types. The indoor bar serves drinks, and the garden terrace features a food truck that offers simple hot meals (burgers) and street food, though its menu and opening hours can vary. The shared kitchen on each floor has a fridge, kettle, stove, microwave, and basic utensils - useful for preparing your own meals. Several cafés (Crosscafe, Buvette), restaurants (Pivovarsky Klub, Guilin Chinese), and fast-food options (Burger King) are within a 5-minute walk. No formal restaurant is on-site.
