HILTON GARDEN INN PORTLAND AIRPORT, Portland

The hotel is literally across the street from the airport, making it ideal for early flights or layovers. The free shuttle runs 24 hours a day and is available on demand-just call after collecting your bags. While the walk to the terminal is about 15 minutes uphill, the shuttle is the recommended option, especially with luggage. Downtown Portland and the Old Port area are a short drive away, but the shuttle does not serve those areas. The property is about 3 km from the Maine Mall, and several restaurants can be found within a short driving distance.

Rooms are divided into standard King, Double Queen, and suites. All include an en-suite bathroom with toiletries, ironing facilities, air conditioning, and heating. Deluxe King rooms offer additional space and a sitting area. The property has undergone partial renovations, so some rooms are modern while others retain older furnishings. Connecting rooms are available (Double Queen connecting to a King). There are no balconies. Pet-friendly rooms are on the first floor. Room size is generally spacious, though some travellers note variation in condition. The hotel provides rollaway cots and pack-and-plays upon request.

The 24-hour business centre offers secure remote printing and fax/photocopying. Meeting and banquet facilities are available. The shuttle service is free and runs to the airport only, available 24/7. Express check-in and check-out are offered. Accessibility features include wheelchair-accessible rooms and accessible parking. A safe deposit box and smoke alarms are provided. Children's cots and rollaway beds can be requested. The property is non-smoking throughout, with a designated smoking area outside.
