Kenmore station on the Green Line is a 5-minute walk, providing direct access to downtown Boston and Cambridge. Newbury Street, Prudential Center, and Copley Place are a 20-minute walk. Longwood Medical Center and area universities are within a 10- to 15-minute walk. Numerous restaurants such as Wahlburgers, The Bullpen, and Time Out Market are within a few blocks. The Charles River bike path and a playground are also nearby. For airport travel, a taxi or rideshare takes 15-30 minutes; the hotel does not operate a shuttle.

Breakfast is free for all guests and currently consists of a grab-and-go bag with fruit, yogurt, granola bar, water, and a pastry - a change from the previous buffet due to operational adjustments. The rooftop bar on the 8th floor serves beer, wine, and cocktails with outdoor and enclosed seating, multiple TVs, and views of Fenway Park. A snack bar is available in the hotel, but there is no full restaurant on site. Free Starbucks coffee and hot cider are available in the lobby. Many restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including Wahlburgers, The Bullpen, and Time Out Market.

The indoor pool is located on the rooftop, heated, open year-round, and has a shallow end - suitable for families. Sun loungers and pool towels are provided.
