HOLIDAY INN COLORADO SPRINGS - AIRPORT BY IHG, Colorado Springs

The hotel sits in a quiet area near the airport with quick access to Powers Boulevard and I-25. Major employers including Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and Siemens are within 3 km, making it convenient for business travelers. Natural attractions such as Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo are a short drive away. The on-site parking is free and ample, and the property is well-lit. Without weekend shuttle service, a car or ride-share is recommended for off-period airport transfers.

Rooms feature pillow-top beds, flat-screen TVs with cable/HBO, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Suites add a separate living area with a pull-out sofa and often face Pikes Peak for mountain views. Bathrooms offer either a walk-in shower or a tub; some rooms have both options. Connecting rooms are available for families. The in-room climate control allows personalized heating/cooling. While the overall condition is clean and comfortable, some rooms may show minor wear from prior use, and views vary (some face the awning rather than the mountain). Request a room on the mountain side for the best scenery.

Breakfast is a hot buffet with eggs, meats, pancakes, cereal, fruit, and yogurt-included with select rates and available for purchase otherwise. The restaurant also offers a continental option with cinnamon rolls and bagels. Lunch and dinner menus feature burgers, sandwiches, salads, and platters like shrimp cocktail and chicken tenders. The bar area provides a relaxed setting for evening drinks. Note that the restaurant may close earlier than posted (by 8 PM reported occasionally) and can be understaffed during peak times; calling ahead is wise for late arrivals. A small convenience shop and vending machines are also on site.

The front desk is staffed 24/7 and can assist with express check-in/check-out, safety deposit boxes, and grocery deliveries. The business center offers a printer, copier, and office supplies. One meeting room accommodates up to 50 people (82 m²) with AV equipment. Laundry facilities are coin-operated on the fourth floor. The hotel is wheelchair accessible with 10 accessible parking spaces, ramps, and ADA-compliant lifts. Visual alarms and Braille signage support guests with hearing or vision impairments.
