All rooms feature air conditioning, a coffee maker (Keurig), microwave, mini-fridge, a seating area, work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Private bathrooms include free toiletries and a hairdryer. The property is undergoing renovation, and many rooms now have modern finishes. Some rooms may have carpeting, while others feature upgraded flooring. A few rooms have accessible features such as visual door and telephone alarms. The room layout in suites is spacious, though some earlier-style rooms have a more compartmentalised feel. The bottom of room doors may have a gap, which can let in light and noise from hallways. The beds are consistently described as comfortable.

The free breakfast is a highlight, with options like scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, make-your-own waffles, breads, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, and cereal. Coffee and juice are available. The breakfast staff are often praised for being friendly and attentive. The breakfast area is well-stocked and clean. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar on site. Several restaurants are within walking distance, such as Cracker Barrel (0.5 km) and Applebee's (1 km).

The outdoor swimming pool is seasonal and saltwater, with a shallow end, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a fence around it. During warmer months it is a welcome feature for families and relaxation. The pool is frequently closed for the season or for maintenance, so confirming its availability before booking is recommended. The fitness centre is a compact room with cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals) and a free-weight rack. While basic, it is adequate for a workout. There is also a picnic area with outdoor furniture and a shared lounge with a TV.
