HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS NASHVILLE W-I40 BY IHG, Nashville

The hotel sits directly off Interstate 40, providing simple access to downtown, the airport (BNA, about 10-24 km), and major attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame (8 km) and Grand Ole Opry (about a 20-minute drive). A 7-Eleven is in the same parking lot, and Kroger is within walking distance. Multiple dining options - including Subway, Jack in the Box, and Mexican restaurants - are within a 0.5 km walk. While walkable for errands and quick meals, downtown Nashville requires a car, Uber, or Lyft. Parking is plentiful and free, which is a rare advantage over downtown hotels that charge daily fees.

Rooms feature plush bedding with soft and firm pillows, a work desk with lamp, flat-screen TV with premium channels, iron/board, and a sitting area. Each room includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathrooms have a bathtub, separate vanity area, oversized towels, and a hairdryer. Connecting rooms and rollaway beds or cots are available on request. The property is older but well-maintained; rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable, with good water pressure and air conditioning that does not auto-adjust during the night. For light sleepers, the rooms are generally quiet.

The free Express Start breakfast includes a hot buffet with items such as bacon, biscuits, egg white options, yogurt, nuts, and many other choices. Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the lobby throughout the day. A Suite Shop offers juices, sodas, snacks, and other items for immediate needs. Nearby restaurants within walking distance include Subway, Waffle House, Jack in the Box, New China Buffet, Best of Indian Cuisine, and Las Palmas Mexican Restaurante.

The outdoor pool is open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM during the summer months only (June to September). The pool is clean and well-maintained. The fitness centre is limited but includes a treadmill, stationary bicycle, and elliptical machine - available 24 hours. No meeting rooms, spa, or other leisure facilities are on site.

Wi-Fi is free and available in all areas. Daily housekeeping keeps rooms clean and tidy. A business centre offers printer, copier, and office supplies. The front desk operates 24 hours and offers express check-in/out, safety deposit box, wake-up calls, and ATM. Laundry services include on-site coin-operated machines ($3 per wash/dry) and dry cleaning. The hotel is smoke-free and accessible with lift access, ADA-compliant lifts, braille signage, visual alarms, and accessible parking spaces. Service animals are allowed; no other pets.
