The apartments are within 5 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot from the Uber Eats Arena. Two S-Bahn stations - Ostkreuz and Treptower Park - are each about 10 minutes away, providing direct trains to Alexanderplatz, Berlin TV Tower, and Berlin Brandenburg Airport (S9 line). Supermarkets (Edeka, Lidl), a Späti, restaurants, and bars are within a few minutes' walk. The area is well-served by buses and trains, making car use unnecessary for most trips. Street parking is available nearby, but the property itself has no parking.

Each apartment features a private entrance and is soundproofed with tiled and parquet flooring. All units include a walk-in shower, hypoallergenic bedding, a coffee machine, tea and coffee maker, streaming services on a flat-screen TV, and a work desk. Kitchens are fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and all cookware and utensils. Apartments are bright, brand-new, and spotlessly clean. Road-facing rooms may experience street noise in summer when windows are open, but the soundproofing is effective with windows closed. Courtyard-facing apartments are quieter. All apartments are non-smoking.

There is no on-site restaurant or bar, but each apartment has a complete kitchen with a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all utensils, making self-catering straightforward. Several supermarkets (Edeka, Lidl) are within a 5-minute walk, along with a Späti for essentials. The surrounding Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg area offers numerous restaurants, including Restaurant Areti (0.5 km), Milja & Schafa (1 km), and various burger and bar options within a short stroll. A bar called Krass Böser Wolf is located directly below the property.

The property does not have its own pool, spa, or gym. However, Treptower Park is within walking distance, offering large green spaces, waterside paths along the Spree, and a peaceful setting for jogging or leisurely walks. The East Side Gallery and the riverfront are also easily reached on foot. The inner courtyard is pleasant for relaxing, and some apartments have balconies facing either the street or the courtyard.
