All rooms are suites featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and necessary dishes. Living areas include a sofa bed, often with a curtain to create a separate sleeping nook, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV that swivels. Beds are consistently described as comfortable. Rooms are air-conditioned and heated, with some units having a bathtub; guests needing a tub should confirm at booking. Noise from hallways and upper floors can occur, so light sleepers may benefit from a higher floor. Several units have been noted to have issues with air conditioner water leakage, so checking the window unit upon arrival is advisable.

The hotel provides a free full breakfast daily from 6:00-9:30 AM on weekdays and 7:00-10:00 AM on weekends. Offerings include hot items such as eggs and sausage, a self-serve waffle maker, bagels, English muffins, yogurt with toppings, and cereal. The breakfast area is well-staffed, but during peak times, items can run low; arriving early is recommended to ensure the best selection. For other meals, the Camp Creek Marketplace immediately surrounding the hotel has numerous chain restaurants and a grocery store, and a food truck sometimes parks in the lot. The hotel does not have a full-service restaurant, but the lobby and outdoor patio offer seating for takeout.

Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. Parking is free on site, no reservation needed, and includes accessible spots. The 24-hour front desk offers express check-in/out and luggage storage. The free airport shuttle runs around the clock every 30 minutes to the Domestic terminal only. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee: $75 per pet per stay for 1-4 nights, $125 for 5+ nights. The hotel is wheelchair accessible with a lift. A $100 incidental hold is required at check-in. Housekeeping is every other day by default; daily service can be requested. Some guests have noted that front desk service can be inconsistent, but many have praised individual staff members for outstanding hospitality.
