HOMEWOOD SUITES BY HILTON BOSTON SEAPORT DISTRICT, Boston

The hotel is situated about 2 km from major attractions such as Faneuil Hall, Freedom Trail, and Custom House, and 2 km from M Street Beach. Public transport is convenient: bus routes 7 and 11 stop nearby, connecting to South Station T-stop and downtown. The Silver Line 1 bus from Logan Airport runs from 5 AM to past midnight and stops a short walk away. While the area is not centrally located for tourists, it offers a quiet maritime setting with several restaurants and bars within a 0.5 km walk, including Yankee Lobster, Harpoon Brewery, and City Bar. Uber and taxis are recommended for direct trips to downtown or the airport, as walking to the centre takes about 30 minutes.

All units feature a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stovetop, plus cookware and utensils. Accommodation options range from studios with one or two beds to one-bedroom suites with a separate living area and sofa bed. Beds are described as comfortable, though some sofa beds are noted as less supportive. Each room includes air conditioning, heating, a tea and coffee maker, a seating area, and a TV with cable channels. Bathrooms are private with free toiletries and hairdryers. Higher-floor rooms offer better water views, but rooms facing the parking lot or adjacent Hampton Inn building have limited scenery. Noise insulation is good, but the air-conditioning/heater fan can be audible in certain rooms. Daily housekeeping is provided, though some rooms may have minor maintenance issues like loose faucets or dirty dishes left in the dishwasher on arrival.

Breakfast includes a wide variety of options such as scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries, waffles, fresh fruit, oatmeal, bagels, cereal, and yogurt. The breakfast area can become very crowded, especially on weekends and during events, with long waits for waffle makers. The property does not have a formal restaurant or bar for evening meals; however, there is a snack bar with pre-packaged items and a market with beer/wine. Several dining options are within walking distance: Dry Dock Cafe, Starbucks, Yankee Lobster Fish Market, Harpoon Brewery & Beer Hall, and Fargo's Deli are all 0.3-0.5 km away. For dinner, takeout via Uber Eats or DoorDash is common among guests. The kitchenette in each room also allows for self-catering.

The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, ATM on site, and express check-in/out. Luggage storage is available for guests arriving before check-in or after check-out. Free Wi-Fi is provided in all areas, with an option to purchase a premium upgrade. A business centre is available for laptop use. Laundry facilities are self-service, with machines on three floors (one washer and two dryers per floor, $3 per load, 30-minute cycles). Valet parking costs $55-$62 per night, with a QR-code request system; retrieval can take 15-20 minutes during busy times. The hotel is wheelchair accessible and features accessible parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Pets are allowed with applicable charges. Security includes CCTV, key card access, and safety deposit boxes.
