The rooms include four layouts: Luxury Bay Window King (up to 285 square feet with a sitting area and bay windows), Luxury Double (up to 285 square feet with two XL-size double beds, with bay windows available), Deluxe Rooms (approximately 255 square feet with a queen-size bed and a desk), and Standard Rooms (210 square feet with a queen-size bed). All rooms feature premium bedding, robes, and toiletries. Rooms facing Newbury Street are reserved for guests who book directly. Each room has air conditioning, heating, a sitting area, a dining table, free toiletries, AM/FM alarm clock, a flat-screen TV, and a carpeted floor. Select rooms offer bay windows.
