Many restaurants are within a five-minute walk, including Martin's BBQ, various pizza, and casual dining. The complimentary shuttle reaches a 3 km radius covering downtown, the Gulch, and 12 South, making a rental car optional for most trips. The Parthenon replica and Centennial Park are just 2 km away. The Nashville Zoo is 15 km, better reached by car. Self-parking in the on-site garage avoids street-hunting, but paid at $40 per night.
