BNA SUITES, Nashville

This property is located 1 km from the airport terminal and offers easy access to I-40, making downtown Nashville (Broadway, Grand Ole Opry) a 15-minute drive. Vanderbilt University is less than 16 km away. Several dining options, including McDonald's, Waffle House, and Panera Bread, are within a 0.5-km walk. The free shuttle runs daily from 4 a.m. to 11 p.m., eliminating the need for taxis to and from the airport. Those without a car will find Uber and Lyft convenient for city trips (approx. $20 each way to Broadway).

Each suite features air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, a mini fridge, and a private bathroom with a bath or shower. Rooms come with either a king or two queen beds plus a sofa bed. The pull-out sofa and some bedding may show wear (tears, flat pillows, scratchy blankets). Windows have blackout curtains that may allow light through gaps at the edges. While rooms are generally spacious, the furnishings and carpets can feel worn and dated. Noise from corridor doors closing can sometimes carry.

The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant or bar. Breakfast is served as a grab-and-go selection (continental-style items, pastries, fruit, yogurt, hot coffee) during set hours (typically 6 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.). Several fast-food and casual restaurants are within a 0.5 km walk, including Waffle House and Panera Bread. For dinner, delivery options are available; guests have received a list of nearby places from the front desk. No room service is offered.

The outdoor swimming pool is open during summer months and is free for hotel guests. The fitness centre is open 24 hours and includes cardio equipment. No spa or wellness facilities are present. A shared lounge/TV area provides additional space to relax.

Parking is free for registered guests on checked-in dates; a park-and-fly rate of $10 per day applies for days when you are not checked in. The shuttle runs from 4 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily and can be requested by phone. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. The front desk operates 24 hours and can arrange express check-in/out and luggage storage. Daily housekeeping is provided on a request basis. A business centre with fax/photocopying services is available. Meeting and banquet facilities are offered at an additional charge. Pets are allowed with a $75 non-refundable cleaning fee per stay (dogs only, under 23 kg, maximum two per room).
