Situated in the El Carmen district, the hostel is within a 10-minute walk of the Xátiva metro stop (Lines 3 and 5) for direct airport access. Many landmarks, restaurants, and bars are within a few minutes' walk. The beach is 30 minutes away by tram or bus. No on-site parking, but a private car park is a 5-minute walk. The central location makes walking the best way to explore the city.

The hostel offers private twin rooms and 3- or 4-bed dorms. All rooms are air-conditioned. Some dorm windows face the interior common area, which can be noisy and has limited natural ventilation. Rooms are basic and compact, but beds are comfortable with lockers provided (deposit required). Towels are included only in twin rooms, otherwise available for 1 EUR. No rooms have private bathrooms; each floor has one shared bathroom with two toilets and two showers (coed). The hostel is located in a historic building with no elevator, so rooms may be up several flights of stairs.

Breakfast includes cereals, bread, eggs, cheese, ham, fruit, coffee, and orange juice-a filling start to the day. The hostel does not have a restaurant or bar, but the central location places you steps away from numerous tapas bars and restaurants, such as El Rall, Boatella Tapas, and Horchateria El Collado within 0.5 km. The shared kitchen is available for self-catering, though it closes at night. Free tea and coffee are available until midnight in the common area.

Leisure activities include free walking tours, guided bike tours (additional charge), movie nights, pub crawls, and a free sangria party every Friday. Board games and a shared lounge/TV area are available. Sun umbrellas are free to borrow. The hostel collaborates with a bike rental company for convenient city exploration. The social atmosphere is lively until midnight in common areas.

Reception is open 24/7, allowing late check-in and early luggage storage. Lockers are free with a deposit. The shared kitchen is well-equipped but closed at night.
