The bus station is roughly 2 km away. The location is lively, with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops within a 300-metre radius. Free street parking is available on the far side of Turia Park, but no on-site parking exists, so walking or using public transport is the most practical way to get around.

Room options include private doubles (some with a terrace and city views), private triples, and mixed or female-only dorms sleeping 4 to 10 people. Dorm beds have privacy curtains and individual reading lights. Lockers are under the beds; some have a small shelf for a phone. The double rooms are compact (22 m2) but come with a desk and seating area. Some rooms have a private bathroom; others share facilities that are separate by gender. The building has a lift, and upper-floor rooms are accessible via it. Air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be adjusted independently, which can make the room feel too warm or too cold at night. The beds can be creaky and the mattresses are firm. Noise from corridors and neighbouring rooms can be an issue, especially on weekends.

Breakfast is a continental buffet with bread, pastries, fruit, yogurt, and hot drinks, served from 8:00 to 10:00. It is reasonably priced for a hostel but has limited vegetarian options. Free coffee and tea are available 24/7 from the vending machines. The shared kitchen is spacious and well-equipped for preparing your own meals.
