The hotel sits on a quiet side street in the very centre, yet most of Rome's key sights - including the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Piazza Venezia - are within a 10-15 minute walk. The area is well served by public transport, with bus stops and tram lines close by. Roma Termini station is a short cab ride away. The surrounding streets are filled with restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, making it a practical base for both sightseeing and daily needs.

Rooms are recently renovated, clean, and comfortable. Each room features a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The double rooms provide a seating area and wardrobe, while quadruple rooms offer additional space with a seating area and two separate beds. Triple rooms include a California King bed and a sleeper couch. All rooms have parquet flooring, a safety deposit box, and a minibar. Some rooms may have limited external views; street-facing windows provide natural light. Connecting rooms are not available. No rooms have a balcony.

Breakfast is served in a buffet style, with choices ranging from traditional Italian coffee and croissants to a hot and cold American buffet with eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit.
