The property occupies the 8th floor of a residential building on Madrid's main avenue. Within a 5-minute walk are Puerta del Sol, Plaza de España, and the Santo Domingo metro station. The closest airport bus (Express Aeropuerto) stops at Cibeles, a short walk away. Most major museums, Retiro Park, and shopping streets are within a 15-minute walk. For drivers, the nearest public parking is SABA Los Mostenses at 200 metres, with Tesla Superchargers also nearby. The surrounding area is dense with restaurants and cafés, including Paraiso del Jamon and Don Jamon just 0.5 km away, making it easy to eat out despite the lack of on-site dining.

Rooms feature wooden flooring, central heating, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a desk. Most rooms have a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer available on request. One single room has a shared toilet, and one single room has a shower only. Some rooms have a view toward Gran Vía. A number of rooms are compact; for a more comfortable stay without a lot of time in the room, the size works well. Sound insulation between rooms and from the corridor is limited, and some rooms let in light through curtains, so a sleep mask is useful.
