The location offers near-total walkability for all central attractions, and the building entrance is street-level but unmarked, so use the address and ring the bell for the second-floor reception.

Rooms are compact - single rooms measure approximately 6 m2 total, with limited floor space around the bed. Many rooms face an interior lightwell or courtyard, which can feel stuffy and dark; street-facing rooms with a balcony are noticeably better for light and ventilation. All rooms feature air conditioning (shared compressor system that may cycle off during peak use), a private bathroom with shower (very small in most singles), a hairdryer, free toiletries, parquet floors, electric kettle, and a refrigerator. Some rooms include a kitchenette or a work desk. Soundproofing is minimal - conversations, TV, and plumbing from neighbouring rooms are audible, making earplugs a useful item. The triple and twin rooms are slightly more spacious, but still tight for three adults. The single room is best suited for one person needing only a central base for sleeping.
