The property sits in a calm residential neighbourhood, a 20-30 minute walk from Ibiza's historic centre and Playa d'en Bossa. A bus stop on the main road (5 minutes on foot) connects to the rest of the island. Supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi) and a few bars are within 10 minutes. Taxi to the airport takes about 10 minutes. Free street parking is available but can be competitive, especially in high season.

Rooms are functional and compact, with single rooms being notably small. Bathrooms are very compact, and some have drainage odour and limited ventilation. A few rooms include a private balcony or terrace. Soundproofing between rooms is minimal; noise from adjacent rooms, the entrance, and the street can be heard. Bedding and towels are provided, and housekeeping runs every two days. There is no fridge in the rooms. A 200 EUR cash deposit (refundable) is required on arrival.

The property does not serve breakfast or meals, but vending machines offer cold drinks and snacks around the clock. Within a short walk you will find bars (Chloe bar & tapas, Es Pati Cafeteria), a McDonald's, and supermarkets for self-catering. Many guests prepare simple meals in their rooms or eat out.

WiFi is free and available throughout. The property offers car and motorbike rental for exploring the island. Paid laundry service can be arranged. Luggage storage is available before check-in or after check-out. A drink and snack vending machine sits in the lobby. Safety features include CCTV in common areas and fire extinguishers.
