HOSTAL MINDANAO, Salamanca

The property sits in one of Salamanca's top-rated areas, placing all major historic attractions within a 5-minute walk. The bus station is a 10-minute walk, making it convenient for travellers arriving by coach. The surrounding streets are filled with bars and restaurants, including O'Pazo Counago, Costa Verde Restaurante, and Bar la Clave, all within 300 metres. For those arriving by car, free street parking is available on Avenida Filiberto Villalobos (white zone), and a paid underground car park operates at the nearby Hospital de la Santísima Trinidad.

The accommodation is modern, clean, and simply furnished. Rooms are compact, with minimalist furniture (bed, small desk, TV) and limited storage, suitable for short stays. Some rooms overlook nearby gardens or have landmark views; others face the street or an interior patio. Rooms without air conditioning include a fan, and windows can be opened for ventilation. The private bathrooms are functional but compact, and some are located outside the room but for exclusive use. The property is non-smoking throughout and has family rooms available.

Since the property has no dining facilities, guests need to plan meals outside. The immediate area provides numerous dining choices within a 3-minute walk, including O'Pazo Counago, Costa Verde Restaurante, Bar la Clave, and Restaurante Arzobispo Fonseca. Several cafés nearby serve breakfast. A supermarket is also within minutes, useful for stocking the room with supplies.

Leisure options are centred entirely on exploring Salamanca on foot, with its historic city centre a short walk away. The property's central location makes it easy to visit cultural attractions, shops, and nightlife.
