Plaza de España and Maria Luisa Park are 4 km and 4 km respectively. Santa Justa train station is about 30 minutes on foot. The property sits on a lively central street, which means noise from the street and entrance door can be audible, especially in ground-floor rooms. The area is walkable for all major attractions, and numerous restaurants, bars, and shops are within a 5-minute walk.

Each room has a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The bathroom layout varies: some rooms have a separate door, but many have the toilet and shower open to the bedroom with no door or only a partial partition, which reduces privacy. Rooms can feel small and basic; space for luggage and personal items is limited, with no wardrobe in some units. Bed comfort is inconsistent - some mattresses are described as comfortable, others as worn or sagging. Noise insulation is poor; street noise and sounds from the hallway and neighbouring rooms can be heard clearly. Rooms on the ground floor or next to the entrance are particularly noisy. Air conditioning and heating are available. Some rooms have windows facing a shared terrace or the street, offering limited natural light and privacy.

The roof terrace is a common area with outdoor furniture, offering a space to unwind and views of the Seville skyline. It is suitable for reading, watching the sunset, or spending time outdoors. Some furniture may show signs of wear, but the terrace remains a valued facility. No pool, gym, spa, or other leisure facilities are present.
