The hostel sits in a calm residential area of Minowa, roughly 10 minutes on foot from Minowa station on the Tokyo Hibiya metro line. Ueno is two stops away (9 minutes), and Asakusa is a two-minute train ride. Haneda Airport is 24 km from the property. The immediate surroundings are local and quiet, with a 7-Eleven and Lawson within a 5-minute walk. Around Minowa station, several restaurants, a supermarket, and a coin laundry are available. Skyliner trains pass through nearby, making the area practical for airport transfers and late arrivals. Walkability to major sights is limited; the metro is the primary way to reach central Tokyo.

The accommodation consists of sleeping cubicles on two floors, partitioned by sliding wooden panels with curtains at the front that do not reach the floor. There is no door or lock; a small locker in each cubicle is suitable for documents and small valuables. Each sleeping space has a single futon on tatami (not a bed), with heating and air conditioning controlled via a shared system in the hallway. The curtained cubicles face a corridor with shared showers and toilets, so noise from other guests and hallway movement (steps, conversations, hair dryers) is clearly audible. Rooms are compact; large suitcases should be left in the ground-floor baggage space rather than brought upstairs. Bed linen is not changed automatically during stays, though towels are replaced daily.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. The self check-in/check-out process uses a tablet terminal at the entry; late arrivals (after midnight) are accepted without surcharge. No staff are present on site, but a cleaner visits daily. Luggage can be left in the ground-floor baggage space from 10am on check-in day, but the hostel does not provide a formal luggage storage service and does not accept bags left after check-out. A shared kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster) is available, and a drinks vending machine is on site. Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms, and a safety deposit box. Bicycle rental is offered for an additional charge. Parking is not available. There is no on-site coin laundry; the nearest one is a few minutes' walk away.
