Hotel Details

Location

A 2-minute walk from Asakusa-bashi Subway and JR stations, providing direct train links to both Narita and Haneda airports.
The hotel sits in a quiet residential area with the Sumida River a street away, offering pleasant river views from some rooms. Akihabara's electronics hub and Ryogoku's Sumo Stadium are each one stop away by train; the Asakusa cultural district is two stops, and Sensoji Temple is 3 km. A 25-minute riverside walk reaches Asakusa. Multiple convenience stores (Family Mart, 7-Eleven) and a public coin laundry are within a minute's walk. The area is well served by small local restaurants and izakayas. An on-site restaurant is available, and many dining options are found within a 0.5 km radius. The direct Keisei Narita Sky Access Line from Narita Airport arrives at Asakusabashi Station without transfers, and from Haneda a direct Keihin train on the Toei Asakusa Line reaches the same station in about an hour. The neighbourhood is family-friendly and quiet at night.

Accommodation

Rooms feature extra-long beds, private bathrooms with bathtub and bidet (Washlet), flat-screen TV, fridge, and electric kettle.
Standard rooms are compact but functional for the price. Better space and comfort are found in Superior rooms (which include a sofa) or Triple rooms (some with river views). Single rooms are available for solo travellers. Japanese-style family rooms with tatami and futons sleep up to 6-8 people and are spacious. All rooms are air-conditioned and carpeted. Rooms facing the road can be noisier; a River View room is recommended for more natural light and a quieter stay. Some older rooms may show wear, but cleanliness is maintained. The building has lifts and 24-hour reception. A small number of rooms have a dedicated work desk or sofa. Yokata (cotton robe) and toiletries are provided. The hotel does not have rooms with balconies.

Dining

The on-site Restaurant & Bar Laconto serves Western cuisine and cocktails; a Japanese restaurant and a steakhouse are also available within the hotel.
Restaurant & Bar Laconto (レストラン&バー ラコント) offers a family-friendly atmosphere with pizza, European and grill/BBQ options, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Japanese restaurant is also on the premises. For steak, the Steakhouse Ryuho (ステーキハウス柳鳳) is open for lunch and dinner. Breakfast (Asian and American options) can be ordered for an additional 1800 JPY but must be requested before 5 PM the day before. The surrounding streets offer numerous dining options within a 3-minute walk, including izakaya, ramen spots, and a Denny's, while convenience stores nearby provide quick meals and snacks. Those wanting a wider selection can explore the local area.

Facilities and Services

Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, lift, safety deposit box, and paid laundry/dry cleaning services.
The 24-hour front desk offers assistance with luggage storage (free of charge) before check-in and after check-out, as well as package acceptance. A microwave is available for use in the B1F lobby. Coin laundry is not on-site, but a public laundromat is a 1-minute walk away; the hotel also offers a dry cleaning service. Yamato Transport can receive luggage shipped from the airport (prepaid shipping only, no cash-on-delivery). Safety deposit boxes are free. Vending machines for drinks are in the building. Fax, photocopying, and meeting/banquet facilities are available for an additional charge. The property is non-smoking, and key access plus CCTV provide security. Voltage regulators (transformers) are available for rent at the front desk on a first-come, first-served basis. No spa or swimming pool is on site.
