The hotel sits on a slight uphill slope from the station, so travellers with heavy luggage may prefer a taxi from Nippori (about ¥1,500). Tabata is a quiet residential area with parks and shrines within walking distance, while Ueno and Akihabara are 10-15 minutes by train. The South Gate exit has steps only (no lift or escalator), but the North Gate offers escalators and shops. 2-3 convenience stores (Lawson, FamilyMart, NewDays) are a 5-10 minute walk, though the immediate area has limited late-night retail. Haneda Airport is accessible via monorail to Hamamatsucho, then Yamanote line to Tabata (about 45 minutes).

Standard room types include single, double, twin, triple, and family rooms, all with private bathrooms (bath/shower, bidet, slippers). The triple room can be joined as a family unit, and adjacent rooms can be connected by an interior door. Economy rooms are on lower floors; standard and higher-floor rooms offer better city or railway views. Rooms at the front may hear passing trains, but blackout curtains and good insulation keep most noise out. The space is typical for Tokyo - a triple room can accommodate three large suitcases. Free toiletries and bottled water are replenished daily.

Breakfast is a set meal (often a bento-style box) with tea and salad, offering good value. The restaurant has a city view and overlooks the train lines. Outside breakfast hours, guests can use the self-serve drink station (coffee, tea, juices, water) free of charge. A vending machine with snacks and drinks operates 24 hours. More varied dining is a short walk from Tabata station, including several cafés, ramen and curry shops within 500m.

The onsen operates in the evening (18:30-24:00) and must be booked at reception - each slot allows two people for 30 minutes. The fitness centre has basic but sufficient equipment. The rooftop terrace provides a 360° view of Tokyo, including Skytree and, on clear days, Mount Fuji. There is also a shared lounge with TV and a sun terrace.

The hotel offers free self-service laundry (washer ¥300, dryer ¥200/20 min, detergent ¥50). Luggage storage is free before check-in and after check-out, and luggage can be left between stays. Yamato delivery to the hotel is accepted if the check-in date and reservation name are on the slip. The front desk can arrange luggage transfer to your next accommodation (cash on delivery).
