The area offers many restaurants within a few minutes' walk, including Korean, Peruvian and Spanish options. The location is practical for attending matches at the Bernabéu and for accessing central Madrid via metro.

The rooms are shared dormitories, generally spacious, with bunks that include a privacy curtain, individual reading light, and power socket. Each bed has a large locker with a provided key. Towels are included. All rooms are non-smoking and have heating. The accommodation is basic and no-frills, suited for one or two nights. Rooms can feel warm and stuffy without good ventilation, and odours may build up. The hall door does not close properly, so sound from the corridor and other rooms carries into the dormitory - light sleepers should bring earplugs.

The hostel does not operate a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. A compact kitchen area has a fridge, microwave, and a small oven, but no cooktop, kettle, or utensils, making it suitable only for heating pre-prepared food. There are tables and chairs in the common area for eating. Given the limitations, eating out is the practical option - several restaurants serving Korean, Peruvian, and Spanish cuisine are within a five-minute walk, and the Maravillas market is nearby.

There is no pool, gym, spa, or entertainment on site. The common area consists of a lounge with tables and chairs where guests can eat, work, or socialize. The hostel is best used as a base for exploring Madrid or attending events at the Bernabéu, rather than for on-site recreation.

WiFi is free throughout the property, though the signal can be weak inside rooms. Shared bathrooms are divided by gender, with hot water showers and a towel provided. The staff speak English and Spanish and are noted for being attentive and friendly during the 15:00-23:00 reception shift. Check-in uses a key-code system, and late arrivals can access the room with the code, though the system has been reported as confusing.
