The hotel sits in a residential yet vibrant part of Milan, with a tram and bus stop less than 20 metres away. Bus 60 runs directly to Milano Centrale (12 stops, about 18 minutes) and to the Duomo in 6 stops (10-12 minutes). Metro Line 4 is a few minutes' walk and provides quick access to Linate airport. The Duomo is a pleasant 15-25 minute walk in a straight line, and many bars, restaurants, grocery stores and the Mercato del Suffragio market square are within a 1-2 minute walk. The area is considered safe and well-lit at night. The nearby Morosini parking garage is 2 minutes on foot and costs €15/day, and the entire area is not a ZTL limited-traffic zone, so driving in is straightforward.

All rooms are air-conditioned and feature a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a work desk, and a private bathroom with hairdryer. The property underwent a full renovation in February 2024, so interiors feel modern, clean and minimalistic. Some rooms include a minifridge. However, soundproofing between rooms and from the corridor is notably weak, and a bar underneath the hotel can produce loud music until 2am on nights. Rooms facing the street are noisier; inner-facing rooms are much quieter. Bed sizes are standard but some singles are narrow, and pillow firmness can be high. No kettles or coffee makers are provided inside the rooms (complimentary machines are in the lobby). Currently no rooms have a balcony. Two wheelchair-accessible rooms are available.

Instead of a paid breakfast or restaurant, the hotel provides a self-service area on the first floor with free coffee machines (including espresso and cappuccino, capsules and filter), hot chocolate, tea, and both still and sparkling filtered water-available round the clock. For a full breakfast, the surrounding square offers bakeries (including one inside the Mercato del Suffragio directly opposite), multiple cafés, and bars serving pastries and coffee. At least eight restaurants (Le Specialita, La Taverna, Avo Brothers, Piba, Il Mannarino, and others) are all within 0.5 km. There is a coffee house on site for additional purchases. No bar or restaurant operates inside the hotel itself.

The confirmed facts are that no spa, wellness centre or swimming pool is available on the property. There is also no gym or leisure facility.
