HOTEL AZUR, Paris

Sacré-Coeur and the Montmartre area are within easy walking distance, making this a practical base for exploring northern Paris. La Cigale Concert Hall is a 16-minute walk away, and an ice-skating rink is nearby. Multiple restaurants and bars are clustered within 300 metres of the hotel. For longer journeys, public transport tickets are available free of charge from reception. Charles de Gaulle Airport is 20 km from the hotel. The immediate streets can be busy, and the building is not always easy to locate on navigation apps.

The hotel offers single and double rooms. Double rooms feature one bed; single rooms have two twin beds pushed together which may separate during use. Each room includes a dining table, free WiFi, and heating, but no air conditioning. The private bathroom has a shower and basic soap, but lacks shampoo, body wash, and hairdryer. Room sizes are small: showering may wet the entire bathroom floor. Condition and cleanliness vary significantly, with reports of stained or torn bed linen, uncleaned floors, and musty smells. Some rooms face a noisy schoolyard. There is no lift, and upper floors (up to the 6th floor) require climbing stairs. Rooms are non-smoking, but smoke odour may linger from previous occupancy. TVs are provided but may lack a remote.

The hotel provides free bicycle rental, allowing independent exploration of the surrounding neighbourhood and nearby attractions such as Sacré-Coeur and Montmartre. There is no pool, gym, spa, sauna, or similar leisure facility. An ice-skating rink is located nearby, which may serve as an alternative leisure option.
