HOTEL BELLEY, Quebec City

Hotel Belley sits in the Lower Town, 550 metres from Gare du Palais Station and a 5 to 10 minute walk from the cruise port. The Museum of Civilization is 600 metres away, and Place-Royale interpretation centre is 1 km from the hotel. Old Quebec's main sights, dining, and the waterfront are all within easy walking distance. For parking, the Indigo lot is across the street; taxis are readily available for trips further afield.

Each room includes a private bathroom with shower, cable TV, air conditioning, soundproof walls, and a private entrance. Some units feature a kitchen with stovetop and refrigerator, making them suitable for longer stays. Rooms vary in size from cosy double rooms to spacious lofts. A few rooms are located in a separate building away from the tavern, offering a quieter experience. There are no balconies or elevators, and rooms above the bar may carry noise until late. The property's basic finishes and dated elements are offset by the convenient location and practical amenities.

During warmer months, the terrace offers outdoor seating; in winter, the fireplace creates a cosy indoor spot. Billiards is available for an additional charge. There are no spa, pool, or fitness facilities, but the surrounding Old Port area offers walking, cycling, and historic exploration.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. Luggage storage is available at the Saint-Paul Hotel lobby across the street (7 AM-11 PM). Express check-in and check-out are free, and the concierge can help with local recommendations. Self-check-in is arranged for arrivals after 8 PM. The property is smoke-free and has key card access with fire extinguishers and smoke alarms. Pets are allowed with a $25 fee per animal. Parking is not on-site but a discounted coupon for the nearby Indigo lot is provided.
