PALAZZO MOROSINI DEGLI SPEZIERI - LIFESTYLE APARTMENTS, Venice

Palazzo Morosini is a 12-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia railway station and approximately 20 minutes on foot from Piazza San Marco. The Frari church is 2 minutes away. Multiple grocery stores are within 5-7 minutes' walk, and a bakery and several restaurants are next door or within a few minutes. The area is peaceful yet well-connected, with the Grand Canal and water taxi access right at the property's private pier (operational 10:00-17:00). For airport transfers, the recommended route is a bus from Marco Polo Airport to Piazzale Roma (10 minutes) then a 12-minute walk across bridges; alternatively, a private water taxi costs around €70 and takes 15 minutes.

Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and cookware. Bedrooms have comfortable beds with high-quality linens, and bathrooms include Ortigia toiletries, hairdryers, and rain showers. Many units offer canal views, balconies, or private terraces; the ground-floor superior maisonette has direct garden access and sunbeds by the canal. Individual climate control via a centralised panel manages air conditioning, heating, lights, and surround-sound speakers. Apartments are soundproofed, and those not facing the street are consistently quiet. Some apartments are duplex with internal stairs; lifts are available for luggage. The three-bedroom apartment has three bathrooms, the two-bedroom units have two, and most include a washing machine or washer/dryer.

Guests can join yoga classes held on-site. The private garden alongside the canal provides a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. The shared terrace offers additional outdoor seating. A complimentary tour to a Murano glass factory is available and can be arranged through reception.

Free WiFi is available throughout. Luggage storage is offered free of charge on arrival and departure days. The concierge service can book water taxis, restaurant reservations, and tours. The property has a lift, wheelchair-accessible rooms, and emergency cords in bathrooms. A safety deposit box is provided in each apartment. The reception is staffed 10:00-18:00; outside these hours, self-check-in is available. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, Maestro, CartaSi, UnionPay, and MasterCard. Housekeeping during a stay is available upon request.
