Despite its central location, the property is situated on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful retreat after busy days. The immediate area is filled with restaurants, bars, and the lively Rialto market. Venice is car-free; guests arrive on foot or by water taxi.

Each room includes air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle with tea and coffee facilities, and a refrigerator.
