The hotel sits in a quiet residential zone, adjacent to a small park with a children's playground. It is particularly convenient for visitors to Ospedale Pediatrico Meyer and Ospedale di Careggi, both within walking distance. The tram T1 stop 'Poggetto' is a few minutes' walk, offering direct service to the city centre in about 10-15 minutes. Frequent buses also connect to the historic centre, or it is a 30-minute walk. Firenze Rifredi Station is 800 metres away for regional trains. Several restaurants and cafés are within a short walk, including a pizzeria in the same building where guests receive a discount. The property is outside the ZTL zone, making car access straightforward. Note that the hotel does not offer an airport shuttle.

Standard rooms are essential and quiet, available with two single beds or a double bed (140/150/160 cm). Superior rooms are more spacious and can also include two single beds or a double; children under 6 stay free when sharing an adult bed. All rooms feature air conditioning, soundproof walls, heating, a minibar, TV, wardrobe, and an en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Some rooms have a small kitchenette. No USB ports or balconies are available. Bathrooms are generally compact, and the toilet area can be very small. For a quieter stay, request a room away from the main road and the restaurant area below, as some road and inter-room noise is possible. Daily housekeeping is provided.
