Florence Airport is 9 km away - a taxi costs 70-100 EUR depending on the time. For car-free travel, the tram and bus stops are at the corner of the street, making it easy to reach the station or city centre in a couple of stops. The neighbourhood is full of restaurants, shops, and cafés, yet remains calm enough for a good night's sleep. The area is highly rated for its convenience, with major museums, shopping, and the Arno River all within a 20-minute walk.

Rooms are newly renovated, clean, and thoughtfully decorated in a modern, artistic style. Each room has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Accommodation types include twin/double rooms with inner courtyard views or patios, and spacious quadruple rooms with bunk beds plus a large double bed - ideal for families or groups of up to four. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV, sofa or seating area, tiled floors, and heating. While smaller rooms exist, many are described as spacious with comfortable beds and large windows providing natural light. A few rooms have limited natural light or no window; those on quiet street or courtyard sides are quieter. Air conditioning works effectively and the room can be made pitch-dark with automatic shutters for sleep. Shared hallway amenities include free espresso, tea, water, cookies, and a refrigerator.
