PREMIER INN HAMBURG CITY HAMMERBROOK, Hamburg

The hotel sits just under a kilometre from Hamburg Central Station, giving direct rail access to all major city and airport routes. A bus stop is located immediately outside the hotel, providing convenient links to the harbour and city centre without needing to walk. A supermarket, bakery and drugstore are directly around the corner, making it easy to pick up supplies. The surrounding area near the central station is busy and can feel less safe at night, though the hotel itself is secure. The historic centre, Miniatur Wunderland (2.6km), and Elbphilharmonie (2.8km) are all within a comfortable walking distance or a short bus ride. Hamburg Airport is 10km away and reachable by train or taxi.

Breakfast is a continental buffet with bread, pastries, cheese, cold meats, yoghurt, and hot options such as scrambled eggs. It is priced at around €16-€18 per person - functional but not considered exceptional value. The lounge bar operates daily with a happy hour from 17:00 to 19:00, offering discounted drinks and a small menu of snacks. There is no full-service restaurant on site, but a pizza chain is located two blocks away, and the surrounding area has several cafés and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The hotel does not provide a curated list of nearby dining options, so planning an evening meal in advance is advisable.

There is no pool, spa, gym or sauna at this property. For leisure activities, the hotel is well placed for walking to the harbour, Miniatur Wunderland (2.6km) and the Elbphilharmonie (2.8km). Ice-skating and boating are possible in the surrounding area.
