URBAN STYLE HOTEL CONCORTEL PARIS, Paris

The hotel sits on a relatively quiet street in the 8th arrondissement, within a short walk of Place de la Madeleine, Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, and the Saint-Lazare shopping area. Metro stations Saint-Augustin and Saint-Lazare (Metro and RER) are both about 350 metres away, providing direct access to central landmarks, Disneyland (RER A from Auber), and Gare du Nord. The area is packed with restaurants, cafes, and shops, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport. Road-facing rooms may pick up some street noise, but the central location means most major attractions are within a 15-minute walk or a quick metro ride.

Rooms are decorated in a classic Parisian style and come with air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, and cable TV. Room sizes vary: standard doubles are compact but functional, while deluxe rooms, suites, and apartments offer more space, separate living areas, and in some cases a kitchenette or terrace. Twin and triple configurations are available (two single beds or a double plus a single), and most suites can accommodate a real extra bed. A few rooms have a balcony. Some rooms have been recently renovated, though others show signs of age. Courtyard-facing rooms are notably quiet; road-facing rooms may hear street noise. Lifts are available in the front building only; studio rooms in the rear building (3 floors) have no elevator, but staff can assist with luggage during daytime hours.

Breakfast is served each morning and includes bread, pastries, jam, and hot drinks - a typical continental offering. It can be ordered as a full breakfast or an express version, and costs around 13 EUR per person. There is no restaurant on the property, but the bar and lounge are open for relaxation. Dozens of restaurants are within a 2-3 minute walk, including Italian, French, and Asian options. In-room breakfast is also available. For those who prefer to skip the hotel breakfast, the surrounding area has several cafes and bakeries for a quick bite.

The hotel does not have a spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. For leisure, guests can use the sun terrace and outdoor furniture in the courtyard area. The bar and lounge offer a cosy space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The surrounding 8th arrondissement provides ample opportunity for walking tours, shopping, and visiting cultural attractions such as the Madeleine Church, the Opéra Garnier, and the Tuileries Garden.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The 24-hour front desk can assist with tours, express check-in/out, and room service. Luggage storage is free of charge, making it easy to explore before check-in or after check-out. Daily housekeeping is provided, and laundry/dry cleaning services are available for a fee. Safety features include CCTV, key card access, a safety deposit box, and smoke alarms. There is no on-site parking and no airport shuttle; paid public parking is nearby (5-10 minutes walk) via the OPNGO app. The front building has a lift; the rear building does not. Pets are allowed (charges may apply).
