The Dante metro station (Line 1) is a two-minute walk, placing Porta Nuova train station and the historic center just three stops away (approx. 10 minutes). Free street parking is available on Sundays, and the hotel's own indoor garage (€19/night, unreservable) offers secure parking. The Lingotto exhibition center is 2 km away. Numerous restaurants, bars, and shops are within 0.5 km.

The hotel offers 65 rooms and suites across several categories. Economy rooms (15 m2) are basic but include private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, TV, desk, and minibar. Classic rooms (17-20 m2) come in twin, double, triple, and quadruple configurations, some with extra bed options. Superior rooms (19 m2, recently refurbished) add a modern design and a kettle with teas. Unique themed options include the Gianduiotto (double bed, spacious, warm tones), the Sogno Langhe (double bed, Langhe-themed decor), and the Sogno 500 (vintage Fiat-inspired design). Each room has individually controlled air conditioning and heating, soundproofing is generally moderate - street-facing rooms can be noisier. Some rooms face a quiet inner courtyard. All rooms have private bathrooms, and a self-catering studio with a kitchenette is also available for longer stays.

Breakfast costs €14 extra and offers a continental buffet with coffee, cappuccino, tea, milk, bread, pastries, brioches, biscuits, cereals, yogurt, butter, cheese, ham, fruit juice, and preserved fruit.
