Porta Nuova Metro Station and the main train station are less than 1 km away, and the tram stop on the same street provides quick access to the rest of the city. The property is also a short walk from several restaurants and shops. The neighbourhood is calm, with secure on-site parking behind two locked gates - a valuable asset for car users, as the area is within a limited-traffic zone (ZTL) between 07:30 and 10:30.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and feature air conditioning, soundproof walls, and effective blackout shutters for a dark, quiet night. All have private bathrooms with a shower and bidet, plus free toiletries, a minibar, and a safe. Room types include singles, doubles, triples, quadruple rooms, family rooms, and suites - many with balconies and views of the city or mountains. Top-floor rooms offer mountain vistas but may be reached via an extra flight of stairs as the lift does not serve every level. Certain suites come with a living area, sofa bed, and a minibar. Families can book rooms with multiple beds (e.g. 2 queen + 2 single). Shower screens are narrow in some rooms, and baths lack grab rails.
